We've partnered with your provider to simplify this process, making it easy and secure for you.

Most importantly, we each have family members who could have benefited from a service like Sentivize. We built this for them, and for you.
Your data will only be shared with your healthcare providers, and we will never sell or share that data for advertisting purposes. We strictly follow privacy best practices, and our Privacy Policy details our commitment to protecting your personal information. We also adhere to the CARIN Code of Conduct, an industry-wide standard for privacy and data protection.
After you connect and share your data, we keep a secure and encrypted copy for your healthcare providers to access. Our Security Policy outlines the processes and systems we've put in place to safeguard your data against unauthorized access.

If you've logged into the Medicare portal before, then use your existing username and password. If this is your first time, registration is quick and only requires a few details from your Medicare beneficiary card. Once you log in and consent to sharing your data, you'll be directed back to this website.
